DJ Quik’s debut album featured the Top 20 R&B singles “Tonite” and “Born and Raised in Compton,” ended up climbing to Top 10 on the album charts, and was certified Platinum by the RIAA. Other hits include “Way 2 Fonky,” “Jus Lyke Compton,” “Dollaz & Sense,” “Safe + Sound,” and a ton more. DJ Quik has also produced songs for a multitude of artists.

Rapper and Hip Hop maven Warren G comes to The Canyon. His debut album, featuring the hit single “Regulate,” sold over 4 million albums worldwide, and that was just the beginning. Other hits include “This D.J.,” “Do You See,” “I Shot The Sheriff,” “Smokin’ Me Out,” “I Want It All,” and more. Warren G has also appeared on Celebrity Fit Club, and served as a mentor on Celebrity Rap Superstar.

Kid Frost led the way for Latin Hip Hop. He raps about a group of people who try to stay in touch with their Mexican roots, whilst living in foreign lands. He also raps about being proud of his brown skin complexion and his Mexican heritage. Kid Frost is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He is from Los Angeles, but he is very proud of his Mexican heritage and always ensured that he showed that in his music. Frost passed down his musical talents to his son, who is Scoop DeVille, an American record producer.

Mellow Man Ace, is a Cuban-American rapper known for bilingual delivery and novelty rhymes. Hit singles include “Rhyme Fighter,” “Mentirosa,” “What’s It Take To Pull A Hottie (Like You)?”.

WC is a long-time staple of the gangsta rap scene, WC began his career with the groups Low Profile and the Maad Circle before forming Westside Connection with Ice Cube and Mack 10. His solo debut, The Shadiest One, followed in 1998, landing in the pop Top 20 in its first week of release. “Better Days” and “Just Clownin'” were  R&B hits, and his second record, 2002’s Ghetto Heisman, entered the pop charts as well. Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, and the Game all made an appearance on his 2007 album Guilty by Affiliation.
