The Marilyn Monroe Film festival premieres at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, California. The festival celebrates the 70th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s movie How to Marry a Millionaire which premiered 70 years ago at the Fox Wilshire Theater in Beverly Hills (currently the Saban Theater!) which she attended in person on November 4, 1953! So ,this is a very special and unique opening for the Marilyn Monroe Film Festival at the Saban Theater, where it all took place! We will be issuing commemorative collectible posters for the opening of the Marilyn Monroe Film Festival to all attendees of the festival. You can have the posters autographed by the stars, directors and producers of films being screened at the festival during meet and greet sessions.

The first day of the festival will consist of the Opening Ceremony which will begin by showing pre-recorded greetings from various celebrities for our opening. This will be followed by screenings of music videos, an extra category we have incorporated into the festival program. After the music video segment a short meet and greet session for those celebrities who submitted their videos. The next category will be the short film category which will screen amazing short films submitted to the festival with some of the filmmakers coming in from as far away as Cameroon to attend! There will be another meet and greet session concluding the short film festival and first day of the festival’s screenings.

On the second day of the festival all the feature film submissions will be screened, with meet and greet sessions occurring throughout the second day during intermission breaks. These meet and greet sessions will be your opportunity to have your commemorative festival posters autographed, with some photo ops at the media board. The second and last day of the festival will conclude with the announcements of award winners and presentation of trophies.
