Doug Starks’ “HIGHERGROUND” Celebrating the music of Stevie Wonder is an exciting show paying homage to the musical genius of Stevie Wonder.

This is not an impersonator show! This show is done with the utmost respect.
This event represents the music of Stevie Wonder in the spirit in which it was given…..that simply being of LOVE.

Featuring veteran performer Doug Starks, whose stage experience includes being a comedian / singer / opening act on tour with such industry giants as Julio Iglesias, Smokey Robinson, Natalie Cole and Ray Charles. to name but a few.

Offstage Starks has also been a writer for television and film, has had his own nationally syndicated radio program and headlined in Las Vegas for over a decade playing Sammy Davis Jr. in “The Rat Pack is Back” produced by Davis Cassidy and Don Reo.

By combining his arsenal of talents Starks guides this journey through the Stevie Wonder song book. Doug Starks’ “HIGHERGROUND” is backed by a 10 (ten) piece band of the industry’s best musicians and singers.
