- The box office in Agoura Hills is open for walk up from 10am – 6pm, seven days per week. The box office at Montclair is open daily from Noon until Midnight, and The Santa Clarita box office is open for walk up from 11am – close on the same days. The Saban, Oxnard PACC, The Libbey Bowl, Starlight Bowl and Redondo Beach PAC do not have walk up box office hours, except for 90 minutes prior to a show. - If you are seated at a table, you are required to purchase dinner and must arrive by 7pm. There is a two drink minimum for all attendees.
If you are seated at a table, we ask that you arrive no later than 7pm.
Headlining acts take the stage at 8:00pm at the Canyons, the Saban Oxnard PAC and Redondo Beach PAC. At Libbey Bowl and Starlight Bowl our headliners go on at 7pm. Openers normally go on an hour prior to the headliner’s set time.
We ask that customers arrive early so that we can get everyone in the venue, seated at their table, served dinner, tables cleared and checks closed out before the headlining act takes the stage. This is important because it insures that servers and other people will not be walking in front of you while you watch the show. Also keep in mind that we often have several hundred people who all need to eat in this compact time frame. Also, keep in mind that in my instances, dinner seating is first come –first served. We ask that people arrive early so we can provide the best service possible.
You can upgrade your GA tickets for dinner seating when you arrive for the show . You would just pay the difference in price between a GA ticket and a seated one. Availability for upgrades varies depending on the show and what tickets have been sold.
Tickets can be purchased 7 days a week at The Canyon locations, or at any venue the day of the show. Tickets are also available over the phone at 888-645-5006, or online at AXS.com. At the box office, there is a $5 facility fee on each ticket as well as a $5 processing fee per ticket, when purchasing with a credit card. If you come to the box office and pay cash, the $5 processing fee is waived. If you purchase through AXS you will incur AXS fees, which vary from show to show. When you purchase directly through our box office, on the phone or in person, you do not pay AXS fees, but the $5 Facility Fee and the $5 credit card processing fees do apply.

There are no refunds on tickets purchased unless the show in question is cancelled or rescheduled. Sometimes tickets can be exchanged for another event but there are no direct refunds on any show, except in case of cancellation. When a show is postponed, there is a window when refunds can be obtained once the new date is announced.
If the show will not be happening on the originally schedule date, the customer is entitled to a full refund. There is a 30-day window for refunds once the re-scheduled date is announced. However, we always advise patrons to hold onto their tickets, which will be honored on the new date. In some cases, we can exchange tickets for a different future show of equal value.
The seating arrangement can change slightly depending on the sales of an event, but this will never cause anyone to have a less desirable seat than what was originally purchased.
