The box office in Agoura Hills is open for walk up from 10am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday, and The Rose and Santa Clarita box offices are open for walk up from 11am – 6pm on the same days. The Saban, Starlight Bowl, Oxnard PACC and The Libbey Bowl do not have walk up box office hours, except for a couple of hours prior to a show. Telephone box office hours for all venues are the same: 10am – 6pm Monday through Saturday.
If you purchase a ticket at a table, you are required to purchase dinner. You must arrive by 7pm. There is a Two Drink Minimum for general admission standing room or theater seating, if applicable. There is no minimum for seating at either The Saban, The Starlight Bowl, Oxnard PACC or The Libbey Bowl as these venues have no tables available. General admission tickets are standing room only and have no seats available at The Canyons and The Rose. (The Saban which is all seating, does most often feature GA is open seating in the balcony area).
If you are seated at a table, we ask that you arrive no later than 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm you may lose your priority seating, which could result in you being seated in a different seat than originally purchased.
Headlining acts usually take the stage at 9pm unless otherwise stated on your ticket. Opening acts would go on prior to 9pm
We ask that customers arrive early so that we can get everyone in the venue, seated at their table, served for dinner, tables cleared and checks closed out before the headlining act takes the stage. This is important because it insures that servers and other people will not be walking in front of you while you watch the show. Also keep in mind that we often have several hundred people who all need to eat in this compact time frame. We ask that people arrive early so we can provide the best service possible, so that by the time the headliner goes on, there are no disturbances.
You can upgrade your tickets when you arrive for the show and get dinner seating. You would just pay the difference in price between a GA ticket and a seated one. Upgrades would also be required to arrive by 7pm and you are required to purchase dinner. Availability for upgrades varies depending on the show and what tickets have been sold.
Tickets can be purchased at any venue the day of the show, over the phone, or online at Ticketmaster. At the box office, there is a $5 facility fee on each ticket as well as a $5 processing fee per ticket, when purchasing with a credit card. If you come to the box office and pay cash, the $5 processing fee is waived. If you purchase through Ticketmaster, you will incur TicketMaster fees, which vary from show to show. When you purchase directly through our box office, on the phone or in person, you do not pay TicketMaster fees, but the $5 Facility Fee and the $5 credit card processing fees do apply.
Fees are used to maintain our venues. These go toward things like rent, utilities, repairs and maintenance, etc. No, the fee cannot be waived.
There are no refunds on tickets purchased unless the show in question is cancelled or rescheduled. Sometimes tickets can be exchanged for another event but there are no direct refunds unless a show was cancelled or postponed..
The seating arrangement can change slightly depending on the sales of an event, but this will never cause anyone to have a less desirable seat than what was originally purchased.
You will give the person a photo copy of your valid Driver’s License or Photo ID. Write a personal letter stating who you are releasing the tickets to. Sign and Date the letter and it will be accepted at the box office.
Don’t worry, you can come to the box office and show us your Valid Drivers license and or Photo ID, but it must be done in person during regular box office hours.
When you are notified by our box office of the event change, you will be asked to make your decision. If for some reason that is not possible, you must contact us within two weeks.
Once doors open for a particular event the box office can only accommodate ticket sales for the ongoing event. Ticket sales for upcoming shows will resume during regular box office hours.
Agoura, Santa Clarita, Pasadena and Montclair all have ample free parking. At The Rose in Pasadena there is a parking garage under our building and one on the corner of Green & Marengo. We validate parking for those two parking garages, and parking then costs $6.00. There are detailed instructions on where/how to park at Saban on our website. Paid parking is available at Starlight Bowl and Oxnard PACC in parking lots on the venue grounds.
Under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Some events are 21+ after 10:00pm, but in most cases, it’s Under 18 as long as the minor is accompanied by a paying adult. Likewise, all patrons must have tickets, no matter how young.
If you bought tickets on the dance floor, dinner service ends at 8:30pm so servers are not interrupting the main act.
