E-40 is a founding member of the Rap group The Click, whose biggest single was “Captain Save A Hoe.” E-40 also the founder of Sick Wid It Records. He has released 27 studio albums, 7 collaborative albums, 6 compilation albums, 5 extended plays, and 38 singles! Equally impressive, he has appeared on numerous movie soundtracks, and has done guest appearances on a host of other rap albums. Initially an underground solo artist, his album In A Major Way opened this Bay Area original up to a national audience – and it’s been full steam ahead ever since.
Too $hort is credited as being one of the pioneer rappers of West Coast Hip Hop. His biggest hit songs include “The Ghetto,” “Blow The Whistle” and “Ain’t Nothing Like Pimpin’.” Too $hort has collaborated with Tupac Shakur, The Notorious B.I.G., Scarface and Pimp C. He has also recorded for Daz Dillinger, Lil Jon, Soopafly and B-Legit. In addition, he collaborated on Snoop Dogg’s Doggumentary album with the song “Take U Home” and on the 50 Cent song “First Date.” More recently Too $hort collaborated on the song “Jewels ‘n Drugs” with Lady Gaga.
