Luminescence is a one-day women’s health and longevity gathering
that offers women of all ages the education, inspiration, and
empowerment they need to live their best lives — one day at a time.

Most events in the health and longevity space are tailored for men
and taught by men. They lack the spark of the divine feminine and
the soft and subtle “yin” energy. Nor do they adequately address,
discuss, and support the diversity of women’s well-being. As women
age, our needs, our bodies, and our desires change – and that should
be celebrated.

Together we’ll discover techniques for stress relief, strength
building, self-worth, hormone health, good energy, and mental
wellness based on what our minds and bodies need today. Because
it’s important to meet ourselves where we’re at, right now, with
kindness and care.
